A corrected Ceiling Fans, v5.7 template has been posted on the CCMS web site.  This template recognizes that certain small diameter ceiling fans that do not meet the criteria in section 3.6 of Appendix U to Subpart B of Part 430 do not have to be tested for standby power.  This template must be used beginning February 17, 2023, but may be used effective immediately. 

This v5.7 template replaces the v5.6 template.  The current v5.5 template reflects reporting requirements in effect prior to February 17, 2023 and may continue to be used prior to that date.  Submissions made on v5.5 prior to that date do not need to be resubmitted on the new v5.7 template until the next annual certification date of March 1, 2023.
