A new Ceiling Fan Light Kits, v5.0 template has been posted on the CCMS web site.  This template will replace the current Ceiling Fan Light Kits with Sockets for Medium Screw Base Lamps or with Pin-Based Sockets for Fluorescent Lamps, v5.2 and Ceiling Fan Light Kits with Any Other Socket Type, v5.2 templates beginning February 17, 2023 as a result of a final rule published in the Federal Register on July 22, 2022.  This template must be used beginning February 17, 2023, but may be used effective immediately.

The current Ceiling Fan Light Kits with Sockets for Medium Screw Base Lamps or with Pin-Based Sockets for Fluorescent Lamps, v5.2 and Ceiling Fan Light Kits with Any Other Socket Type, v5.2 templates may continue to be used prior to February 17, 2023.  Submissions made on these versions prior to that date do not need to be resubmitted on the new Ceiling Fan Light Kits, v5.0 template until the next annual certification date of March 1, 2023.
