A new Incandescent Reflector Lamps, v5.0 template has been posted on the CCMS web site.  This template should be used effective immediately for new basic model filing only.

Also, a revised Incandescent Reflector Lamps, v5.1 template has been posted on the CCMS web site.  This template replaces the previous v4.4 template and must be used immediately for all basic models other than for initial certifications.  Basic models certified on previous versions must be recertified on this v5.0 template if the model will continue to be distributed in commerce.
